About
Sydney building & pest inspections, done personally
Sitescop Pty Ltd (ABN 67 134 217 039) offers building & pest inspections carried out personally by Afshin Sobbi, who worked as an employed building & pest inspector before launching Sitescop's own inspection service.
Every inspection is carried out personally — not handed off to a junior — so you get the same close attention to detail every time, backed by real hands-on inspection and trade experience.
Sitescop holds a NSW EPA Pest Management Technician licence (timber pest control) and a NSW Building Commission contractor licence (carpentry & renovations), and is covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance specific to building & pest inspection and pest control work. We work only for you — never for agents, developers, or vendors.
