Clear next steps
If serious issues or timber pest activity appear, we explain the finding and point you to appropriate specialists (for example licensed pest managers or engineers). Treatment is separate from inspection.
Agreement & exclusions
Pre-purchase and pest inspections are typically non-invasive visual assessments of readily accessible areas. Invasive opening of walls, destructive testing, and specialist engineering or pest treatment are outside a standard inspection unless separately arranged.
